Position Summary:

We're looking for an enthusiastic and polished

Host/Hostess

to join our front-of-house team. You'll be the first and last point of contact for our guests, so professionalism, positivity, and attention to detail are key. If you have a great smile, love fast-paced environments, and enjoy being part of a high-performing team--we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Greet all guests with warmth and professionalism Manage reservations and guest flow using OpenTable and/or Resy Accurately quote wait times and manage the seating chart Communicate effectively with servers and management to ensure smooth service Answer phones and assist with reservation or takeout inquiries Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host stand and entrance Deliver a great first and last impression to every guest

Requirements:

Previous hosting or customer-facing experience preferred Familiarity with

OpenTable and/or Resy

a strong plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask Calm, friendly, and confident under pressure Punctual, reliable, and team-oriented Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
