Who are you?

Experienced in a fast-paced and guest-centric environment Team-oriented, looking to either support or lead your peers to excellence Excellent critical thinking and decision-making skills Must be able to maintain tact and cool under pressure Able to work flexible hours necessary including off hours, weekends and holidays Ability to take initiative and exhibit flexibility Working knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies, service procedures, and standards Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly through service (where applicable) Working knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment Have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts and provide exemplary guest service Professional appearance and demeanor Able to effectively communicate in English as well as Spanish, in both written and oral forms

Keep an eye on patron intoxication levels and respond appropriately

Clean the bar and the surrounding area of spills and other messes as needed Other duties as requestedHours per week: 30-39
