We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Runner to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The Food Runner will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their orders promptly and accurately, contributing to an exceptional dining experience. This position requires strong hospitality skills, a passion for food service, and the ability to work collaboratively with kitchen staff and servers.

Responsibilities

Seating Guests, answering phone, bussing tables. Assist servers in taking orders and communicating any special requests or dietary restrictions to the kitchen staff. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including clearing tables and resetting for new guests. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during busy periods, including assisting with food preparation as needed. Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to any requests or concerns regarding their dining experience.

Qualifications

Previous experience in hospitality or food service is preferred, but not required; a willingness to learn is essential. Strong communication skills with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. Knowledge of restaurant operations, including familiarity with kitchen processes and guest services. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent customer service. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
