We are seeking a friendly and professional individual to join our team as a host/hostess. The primary responsibility of this role is to greet guests, manage reservations, and ensure a smooth flow of guests into the establishment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:

1. Greet guests as they arrive and thank them as they leave.

2. Manage reservations and seating arrangements to ensure efficient use of dining space.

3. Communicate with servers and management to coordinate seating and provide excellent customer service.

4. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the host/hostess area.

5. Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries or reservation requests.

6. Assist in maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for guests by providing a warm and friendly environment.

Qualifications:

1. Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.

4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

5. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed..

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
