Esthers Kitchen is hiring! We are a fast-paced, dynamic, seasonally-driven Italian restaurant looking for professional FOH staff to join our team. We are looking for people that are personable, driven, and excited to learn about food, wine, and hospitality.

Responsibilities

Greet all guests sincerely with a smile and eye contact and provide superior guest service. Provide excellent customer service to all guests Must be able to communicate seating availability to all guests Assign seating in the restraurant based upon reservations and available tables through the Open Table system Ability to learn the menu and explain items and drinks to customers Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of restaurant. Perform assigned side work. Must maintain a clean and organized work environment, following all guidelines established by the Southern Nevada Health District. All other duties as assigned

Position Requirements

At least 1-year experience in a restaurant/lounge environment Must have, or be able to obtain before hire, Food Handlers Card Positive attitude and team player Excellent communication & interpersonal skills Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 35 lbs. as needed Continuous bending, reaching, twisting and use of hands and arms Ability to working days, nights, weekends and holidays
