We are seeking a friendly and outgoing Host/Hostess to join our team at our restaurant in Lake Ozark. The Host/Hostess will be responsible for greeting guests, seating them at tables, and ensuring a positive dining experience for all customers.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests as they arrive at the restaurant Escort guests to their tables and provide menus Answer any questions guests may have about the menu or restaurant Take reservations and manage the waitlist Ensure the dining area is clean and presentable at all times Assist servers with any tasks as needed Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a customer service role preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
