Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a Host/Host. As a Host/Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience. Duties:

- Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome

- Seat guests and provide them with menus

- Assist in managing reservations and waitlist

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station

- Answer phone calls and assist with guest inquiries

- Collaborate with the restaurant team to ensure smooth operations

- Provide assistance to servers and other staff as needed

Requirements:

- Previous experience in guest relations or customer service is requires

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Strong phone etiquette and ability to handle guest inquiries professionally

- Familiarity with restaurant operations and guest services

- Proficiency in using reservations systems is a plus

- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

- Must have a helpful and hospitable attitude
