POSITION SUMMARY

A Host/Hostess is the direct contact with our clientele.

You should be organized, engaging, responsible and ready to be hospitable in order to provide a lasting experience. With this position, comes the responsibility of bringing the information given to you directly to the consumer. You should be studious about menu items, restaurant policy and hospitality.

Ultimately, you'll ensure we provide excellent customer service and a pleasant dining experience to our guests.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Welcomes all guests Answering all calls using the Tavern In The Square Host training standards Ability to work with open table and quote wait times Positive role model to all team members. Uphold a cohesive environment for all team members Take to go orders with a focus on details and accuracy. Demonstrated time management and organizational skills Strength in guest service Must be able to work a flexible schedule and have availability including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
