Overview:

We are seeking friendly and outgoing individuals to join our team as Hosts/Hostesses. As a Host/Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced restaurant environment, we would love to hear from you. Must be at least 16 years old to start. Must be available to work days and evenings.

Responsibilities:

- Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome

- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus

- Manage waitlists and seating arrangements

- Answer phone calls and assist with to go orders

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station

- Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and management

- Provide excellent guest relations by addressing any concerns or special requests

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service role is preferred

- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to work well in a team setting and collaborate with others

- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and practices is a plus

- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
