Job Overview:
As a Host/Host at The Rush Inn Bar & Grille, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring seamless seating arrangements. Your role is crucial in providing outstanding customer service and setting the tone for a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet and seat guests in a courteous and professional manner
- Manage reservations and walk-in guests efficiently
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Communicate effectively with guests to understand their needs and preferences
- Work closely with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about menu offerings
- Uphold high standards of hospitality and guest relations throughout the dining experience

Experience:
- Prior experience in food service or hospitality is preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with customers effectively
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and guest services
- Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous
- Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to handle guest inquiries professionally
