Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm, welcoming attitude and create an exceptional first impression.
- Manage reservations and walk-ins, seating guests in an efficient and organized manner.
- Provide information on menu offerings, promotions, and events.
- Maintain a clean and organized host/hostess stand and entrance area.
- Collaborate with the waitstaff and management team to ensure smooth service.
- Handle guest inquiries and accommodate special requests with a smile.
- Uphold our brand values of friendliness, professionalism, and fun.

What We're Looking For:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage guests with ease. A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences. Team-player mentality with a proactive, can-do attitude. Previous experience in a hospitality or guest-facing role is a plus. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
