Wage Range: $16.66 - 19 per hour + Tips

Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and sincerely as they arrive Manage the seating chart and waitlist through POS or reservation systems Provide guests with accurate wait time estimates Escort guests to their tables and provide menus Answer the phone in a polite and professional manner Assist with takeout orders and general guest questions Communicate effectively with servers, bussers, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth guest flow Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/hostess station and front entry Thank departing guests and invite them to return Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guideline
Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service orientation. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and the ability to maintain a neat and organized work area. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Professional and friendly demeanor. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
