Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Host/Cashier. As a Host/Cashier, you will be responsible for providing excellent guest service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our customers. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to handle cash transactions accurately.

Duties:
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome
- Seat guests and provide them with menus
- Take reservations and manage the waitlist
- Answer phone calls and provide information to guests
- Handle cash transactions using the Clover system.
- Assist servers with various tasks as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand area
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations

Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or guest relations preferred
- Familiarity with Clover POS or other point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Knowledge of food service industry practices and procedures is beneficial
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling
