We are seeking dedicated Hostess to join our team at Tekkamaki Sushi. If you have a passion for providing exceptional guest services and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want you on our team.We are looking to hire for part time positions.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- Deliver orders to tables promptly
- Provide recommendations on menu items
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them throughout their dining experience
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area
Qualifications
- Previous experience with POS systems is preferred
- must be at least 16
- Experience working in a restaurant or similar high-energy environment is advantageous
- Strong guest service skills with the ability to build positive guest relations
- Familiarity with food handling and safety protocols
- Willingness to assist team members as needed
- Must have a food handles card or willing to get one with in two weeks or hire
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.05 - $16.06 per hour
