Craft by Smoke and Fire in.Pasadena is seeking Host/Ambassador candidates with a true passion and excitement for the hospitality industry. We are seeking candidates who are willing to go above and beyond for our guests and who are dedicated to working collectively to achieve one goal; providing chef driven comfort food and garden to table cocktails.

Your job will require to represent our concept and bring in potential guests by selling our brand

Qualifications / Skills:

Responsibilities:

Bring in potential guests by initializing engagement and interacting Greet incoming and departing Guests warmly with a genuine smile and eye contact; escort them to assigned dining area; present menus; announce waiter's name Use visual cues to seat Guests in either the bar or dining area depending on their preference Inform Guest of current promotion and who will be serving them to ensure a smooth handoff to the service staff Answer incoming calls to the restaurant and provide appropriate service Manage the flow of Guests into the Dining and Bar areas, provide accurate wait times to incoming Guests if appropriate Tend to special Guest needs and requests Protect establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety and alcohol control policies General Math Skills

Excellent Communication skills and a "need for speed" Customer Service Outgoing, Energetic and Friendly Strong work ethic Ability to take direction and work in a team environment Passion and drive for excellence and professionalism Thrives in a fast paced, high volume environment Some bending/kneeling/stooping required Must be able to stand for long periods of time inside and outside of the restaurant
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.04 - $20.00 per hour
