What You Will be Doing

Greeting guests on arrival with a warm and friendly welcome Managing the Reservation System and floor / seating charts Accurately quoting wait times and escorts guests to designated table Following up with guest requests, either directly or via the assigned Bartender / Server Assisting Servers and Bartenders in maintenance and cleaning of service utensils and service equipment as required Bussing tables (clearing plates, cups, glassware and condiments etc.) Resetting tables to standard Answering incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner, providing requested information as able Accommodating and processing "To Go" orders, merchandize orders and / or door cover as required Ensuring that the Host Stand (and all other assigned relevant areas) is maintained in an organized, clean and sanitary manner Ensuring that all set-up and break-down tasks are completed to standard Interacting with guests Having fun!
