Perennial on Lockwood is a neighborhood brewpub with a scratch kitchen, craft beer brewed on-site, and a warm, community-focused atmosphere.
About the Role
We're looking for a friendly, outgoing Host to be the first point of contact for our guests. You'll greet and seat guests, manage the waitlist, support smooth service flow, and assist the team as needed.
What You'll Do
Welcome and seat guests; manage table turns and the waitlist
Communicate with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff
Keep the host stand and entry area clean and inviting
Provide basic menu and beverage information
Help with light support tasks (filling waters, running food, polishing glassware)
What We're Looking For
Warm, guest-focused personality
Strong communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Interest in hospitality, local food, and craft beer
Scheduling
Evening + weekend availability required.
Full-time and part-time roles available.
We can accommodate student schedules.
Compensation & Benefits
Current average for this role is $17.20-$19.60 per hour (including tips)
