The Host Team enriches the guest's experiences by creating a lasting impression of the brand upon guests entering and leaving the restaurant. They greet people cheerfully and make sure their needs are satisfied in a professional, warm, and friendly manner. Other duties include seating guests at tables, answering phones, taking reservations, and handling cash register transactions.
