The Lookout Bar is looking for a friendly and welcoming

Host

to join our team in a part-time, year-round role. As the first point of contact for our guests, you'll set the tone for an exceptional dining experience--greeting guests with genuine hospitality, managing reservations, and coordinating seating to create an inviting atmosphere.


This role is perfect for someone who loves connecting with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to be part of a supportive, guest-focused team that keeps guests coming back.

Responsibilities Include:

Greet and seat guests with warmth, ensuring every guest feels valued from the moment they arrive. Manage reservations and phone inquiries in a professional, timely manner. Share knowledge about the area, property and other on-property dining options. Monitor and maintain cleanliness and comfort for our guests. Support the service team by creating a welcoming and organized environment for guests.

Minimum Requirements
Ideal candidates will be comfortable managing multiple tasks with ease, excelling in both in-person and phone interactions with guests. They'll bring strong time management skills, a willingness to dive into the menu to confidently answer guest questions, and an eye for detail that enhances the guest experience. Prior Host experience and knowledge of OpenTable are a plus, though not required, as long as they bring a proactive approach and a passion for exceptional customer service.
