Primary Responsibilities

Uses the approved, friendly customer greeting:

"Hi, welcome to Anchor Bar, Home of the Original Buffalo Wing. How can I help you today?"

Utilizes the seating system properly and ensures it is updated for each shift. Tracks server table counts and rotates seating fairly and according to company policy. Answers incoming calls promptly and courteously. Takes takeout orders over the phone and enters orders into the POS system accurately. Learns and maintains full competency in the POS system, specifically related to takeout and phone orders. Ensures all takeout and 3rd-party delivery orders are correctly prepared, packaged, and ready for customer pickup. Stocks menus and ensures the Host/Takeout Station is fully supplied according to the checklist.

Responsibilities (Continued)

Organizes the inside cabinet of the host/takeout stand, ensuring all areas remain clean and free of clutter. Assists with merchandise inventory as requested; keeps shirts and merchandise labeled, clean, folded, and organized. Performs regular restroom checks according to the established checklist. Stocks pens, scratch paper, highlighters, and other host-related materials as needed. Performs other related duties as assigned by the manager-on-duty.
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 - 35.0 per week
