Overview

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Host Home Providers to offer a supportive living environment for an individual in need of care. This role involves welcoming and assisting residents in a safe, nurturing home setting. Ideal candidates are empathetic, responsible, and committed to enhancing the quality of life for those they serve. Previous experience in caregiving or related fields is a plus but not required, as training will be provided. This is a well paid position that plays a vital role in these individuals lives.

Duties

Provide a safe, comfortable, and respectful home environment for residents Assist with daily activities such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, and household chores, if needed Monitor residents' well-being and report any concerns to appropriate support teams Support residents in developing life skills and promoting independence Maintain accurate records of resident interactions and care activities Foster positive relationships built on trust, respect, and understanding Collaborate with healthcare professionals and case managers to ensure residents' needs are met effectively

Experience

Prior experience in caregiving, social work, or related fields is advantageous but not mandatory Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to demonstrate patience, empathy, and cultural sensitivity Reliable, responsible, and able to manage household responsibilities effectively Willingness to undergo background checks and adhere to all safety protocols and regulations No specific educational requirements; training will be provided to ensure success in the role

Pay: $2,200.00 - $3,000.00 per month
