is a busy, fast-paced restaurant specializing in all-you-can-eat Korean BBQ and hotpot. We focus on great food, friendly service, and a fun dining experience for our guests.

We're looking for a friendly, organized Host/Hostess to be the first smiling face our guests see at the door.

Responsibilities

Greet every guest warmly with a smile and friendly attitude Manage the waitlist and seating chart using [paper / tablet / app] Answer phone calls and take reservations (if applicable) Quote accurate wait times and communicate with guests while they wait Escort guests to tables and provide menus; inform server of new tables Assist with turning and resetting tables between guests Help answer basic questions about the menu and restaurant Coordinate with servers, bussers, and managers during busy times Maintain a clean and welcoming host stand and entrance area Follow all safety and hygiene guidelines

Qualifications

o

Previous host/hostess or customer service experience preferred, but not required

Friendly, positive attitude and professional appearance Comfortable standing and walking for long periods Able to work in a fast-paced environment and stay calm when busy Good communication skills; able to speak clearly with guests and team members Reliable and punctual [Bilingual English / Chinese / Korean a plus, but not required]
