Description of Work Do you take pride in leading a team, solving problems, and creating great guest experiences? We're looking for a dependable and service-driven individual to oversee front desk operations at our park and hotel. In this role, you'll support and train front office staff, handle guest inquiries and concerns, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations--even stepping in as the lead when management is away. This position is located at:

Key Responsibilities included but are not limited to:
Oversee front desk operations to ensure staff consistently meet performance and customer service standards.
Serve as the designated person-in-charge in the absence of a manager.
Accurately manage cash drawer and credit card system.
Train front office staff in accordance with established guidelines, policies, and standard operating procedures.
Provide guests with clear and helpful information about on-site park amenities, hotel services, and local attractions.
Address and resolve guest concerns or complaints.
Prepare invoices and process billing for guest stays and any additional services used.
Position/Physical Requirements:
Typical work schedule Monday thru Friday 8:00 am -5:00 pm.
Must be able to stand for extended periods throughout the duration of the shift.
Must obtain CPR, First Aid and AED certification within 90 days of hire.
Must have a valid driver's license issued from within the United States or be able to obtain one within 90 days of employment.
Must obtain and maintain Notary Public within two years of hire.

Management Prefers:
Demonstrated experience providing customer service in person, via email and/or over the telephone
Demonstrated experience with filing systems and/or record keeping
Demonstrated experience processing invoices and/or payments
Demonstrated experience working with any of the following: budget, travel reimbursement, and/or financial reports
Minimum Education and Experience
Some state job postings say you can qualify by an "equivalent combination of education and experience." High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) diploma
AND
Four years of related administrative experience;
OR
Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Veteran's and National Guard Preference
Applicants seeking Veteran's Preference must attach a DD Form 214, Certificate of Release or Discharge from Active Duty, along with the state application.
