Job Summary


We are on the lookout for an energetic and detail-oriented Hospitality Manager to lead our dynamic hospitality team. In this role, you'll oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service, exceptional customer experiences, and efficient management of staff and resources. Duties



Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and kitchen coordination, to ensure seamless service. Supervise and train staff members in food preparation, customer service, POS systems, and food safety protocols. Oversee food handling, preparation, and presentation to maintain high-quality standards across casual dining Control inventory levels through effective stock management practices, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste. Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed. Lead shift management by scheduling staff, assigning duties, and ensuring adequate coverage during busy hours. Implement food safety standards and sanitation procedures to comply with health regulations. Conduct interviews, participate in staff training & development initiatives, and foster a team-oriented environment focused on continuous improvement. Manage budgets related to food costs, labor costs, and operational expenses to support profitability goals. Coordinate special events such as banquets or catering services while maintaining excellent customer service standards. Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing feedback promptly and resolving any issues professionally.

Qualifications



Proven management experience within the food service industry; supervisory or assistant manager experience is highly valued. Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, culinary practices, and kitchen management. Familiarity with POS systems including and cash handling. Strong background in food safety standards, inventory control, and food handling procedures. Experience working in various restaurant environments such as casual dining restaurants, or quick service & fast food establishments. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train staff effectively and motivate teams toward shared goals. Competence in managing budgets, conducting interviews, and overseeing shift operations efficiently. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly approach that enhances guest experiences. Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail. Culinary experience or barista/coffee expertise is a plus for diverse hospitality environments. Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
