Job Posting: Hospitality Lead + Trainer (Part-Time)
Location: El Segundo, CA
Hours: 10-15 hours/week (Can be as short as 4 hour shifts)
Schedule: Flexible, required 2 Saturdays per month
Compensation: $25-$35/hour depending on experience
The NOW Massage South Bay in El Segundo is seeking a warm, professional, and hospitality-driven leader to elevate our front desk team and guest experience. The Hospitality Lead is a key part-time leadership role, responsible for:
Key Responsibilities:

• Observe, coach, and develop the Experience Guide (front desk) team
• Ensure consistent guest check-in/check-out excellence
• Provide in-the-moment feedback and post-shift coaching
• Celebrate wins and support improvement opportunities
• Follow up on both positive and constructive guest feedback (Yelp, Google, surveys, etc.)
• Support hospitality standards and maintain alignment with The NOW brand values
• Cascade new updates and information to the front desk team weekly

Ideal Candidate:

• Has prior experience in hospitality, spa, or boutique wellness settings (Minimum 3 Years)
• Has prior experience training employees
• Is confident coaching individuals and giving performance feedback
• Loves guest interaction and has a natural warmth and presence
• Is organized, self-motivated, and a clear communicator
• Understands brand consistency and elevating guest care through team performance
