Internship Overview

As a Hospitality & Guest Experience Intern, you will support our team in delivering five-star service to guests, assisting with daily operations, and contributing to the development of outstanding guest experiences. This role is ideal for students with a passion for hospitality, tourism, real estate, or luxury service.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with guest communications before, during, and after their stay (email, SMS, digital platforms) Help coordinate check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests Support the concierge team in organizing in-villa experiences such as private chefs, boat days, and spa services Participate in updating welcome guides, checklists, and hospitality protocols Monitor guest feedback, reviews, and assist in service recovery Collaborate with marketing to highlight premium guest experiences through content contributions
Learning Opportunities

Delivering high-level service in luxury vacation rental environments Hands-on exposure to hospitality operations and guest services Training on industry tools such as Airbnb, Guesty, Zoho, Notion, and Slack Practical understanding of experience design and property coordination Insights into concierge service logistics and hospitality branding
Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a Hospitality, Business, Tourism, or Communications program Strong communication and organizational skills Fluency in English; Spanish or French is a plus Interest in real estate, luxury service, or guest experience Tech-savvy and detail-oriented Positive attitude and proactive mindset

This internship is structured for educational purposes and is eligible for academic credit. Flexible start dates are available. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
