Our client, a leader in the hospitality and event support industry, is seeking a Hospitality & Banquet Services Associate to join their team. As a Hospitality & Banquet Services Associate, you will be part of the Event Support team supporting high-end event environments. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a customer-focused attitude which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Hospitality & Banquet Services Associate
Location: Gloucester, VA
Pay Range: $20/hour (commensurate with experience)
Shift: Friday-Sunday (Event Support); Mondays (Light Housekeeping)
What's the Job?

• Provide on-site support for events, including setup, guest assistance, and breakdown.
• Ensure a polished and welcoming environment for high-end clientele.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests.
• Collaborate with event coordinators and team members to ensure seamless execution.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks and assist with inventory checks as needed on Mondays.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in hospitality, event support, or a related customer-facing role.
• Proven ability to work with high-end or VIP clientele.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Reliable transportation to and from event locations in Gloucester.
• Availability to work weekends consistently.
