Location: 4040 W. Boy Scout Blvd, Tampa, FL 33607
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $22.35/hour
Status: Non-Exempt | Full-Time (40 hrs/week)
About the Role:
We are seeking a polished, energetic, and professional Hospitality Associate to join our dynamic team supporting a high-profile corporate environment. If you're passionate about service, highly organized, and thrive in fast-paced settings, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and confirm logistics for multiple large meeting rooms and events
• Issue SEFs (Special Event Forms) detailing event setup and support needs
• Conduct client walk-throughs and verify all logistics
• Collaborate with IT, Facilities, Catering, and Meeting Support teams
• Attend weekly events meetings and communicate upcoming events to staff
• Coordinate with Executive Assistants and Centralized Space Management for catering and meeting needs
• Provide on-the-ground support before and during events
• Check in with clients daily to ensure satisfaction and readiness
• Track room occupancy and reclaim unused space as needed
• Run and distribute reports including:

• Daily setup worksheets
• Weekly event schedules
• Weekly/monthly room usage stats
