Role Overview
Hospitality Support Staff are responsible for ensuring all guest spaces, accommodations, dining areas, and event settings meet the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service. You'll collaborate with housekeeping, culinary, hunting, and F&B teams to support seamless operations and memorable guest stays.
Key Responsibilities
1. Cleaning & Sanitization
Clean guest suites, public areas, and F&B spaces to CCR's elevated luxury standards
Maintain spotless, well-organized spaces across all lodges
2. Laundry Operations
Manage laundry cycles for linens, towels, robes, and bedding
Inspect items for stains, damage, and quality before returning to service
3. Organization & Presentation
Keep storage areas, closets, and supply rooms fully organized
Ensure guest rooms and lodges are consistently stocked, staged, and refreshed
Organize guest supplies, linens, towels, toiletries, and service items
4. Inventory Management
Track and replenish F&B items (dry goods, beverages, serve-ware, consumables)
Manage inventory of linens, towels, guest amenities, and event supplies
Support inventory needs for corporate events and weddings
5. Room, Lodge & Event Setup
Prepare rooms: beds, towels, toiletries, welcome amenities
Set up lodge items: coffee bars, beverages, plate ware, glasses
Assist with event, meeting, and wedding setup
Support dining room setups for all meals
6. Food & Beverage Service
Prepare dining areas for breakfast, lunch, and dinner service
Serve meals with polished, high-end service standards
Assist culinary team with plating and presentation
Execute dishwashing and kitchen cleaning procedures
Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen, bar, and service areas
Support bar and beverage service as needed
7. Technical Skills
Operate cleaning equipment, laundry machines, steamers, and F&B tools
Follow proper sanitization and food-safety procedures
8. Communication
Communicate clearly with housekeeping, culinary, F&B, events, and hunting teams
Deliver warm, professional guest service at all times
9. Guest Service Support
Assist guests with luggage, welcome amenities, transportation needs, or special touches
Support concierge-style tasks when needed
10. Food & Beverage Knowledge
Understand menu items, presentation standards, and basic food-safety practices
QualificationsRequired
Minimum
3 years
experience in hospitality, housekeeping, or event support
Strong attention to detail and high personal service standards
Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules
Preferred
2+ years
experience in F&B service or banquet support
Experience in luxury hospitality environments
Physical Requirements
Must be able to stand, walk, lift, carry, bend, stoop, reach, and perform physical tasks required in housekeeping and event support. Strong stamina, coordination, and dexterity are essential. Clear vision and hearing are needed for reading instructions and communicating with guests and team members.
