Responsibilities:

• Arrange conference rooms with appropriate furniture, audio/visual equipment, and refreshments in accordance with daily schedules.

• Ensure conference rooms are cleaned and reset after use, including returning borrowed items to vendors when needed.

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in kitchen and catering areas to ensure a high standard of service.

• Monitor and manage inventory levels of catering supplies to ensure availability and replenishment.

• Collaborate with vendors to coordinate catering services and ensure timely delivery.

• Assist with the setup and configuration of event spaces to meet specific requirements.

• Communicate effectively with team members and guests to provide excellent hospitality services.

• Prioritize tasks efficiently to handle multiple deadlines and projects.

• Support hiring processes and manage vendor relationships to enhance service quality.

Requirements:

• At least one year of experience in office services, catering, or hospitality roles.
• Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with diverse teams and clients.
• Familiarity with setting up event spaces, including furniture and equipment configuration.
• Experience working with vendors to coordinate deliveries and services.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain cleanliness and order.
• Ability to work independently while ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Knowledge of catering and hospitality best practices.
