WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Provide management oversight to the daily operations and implementation of strategic and operational plans for site location (s) Provide assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of the practice activity while promoting collaboration among all members of the health care team. Functions as the primary resource for all inquiries from staff, providers, other departments and those we are privileged to serve, including inquiries related to policies, procedures, and regulations. Receives patient complaints, resolving or escalating as appropriate. Monitor and analyzes any variances. Oversee staffing, interviews, performance appraisals, and creates an atmosphere and conditions that are conducive to, and foster, motivation of employees.

Qualifications

Required Bachelor's Degree Healthcare, Business or Related Field Required 2 years Healthcare Administration Physician Office Required 6 years Healthcare Management in lieu of BS degree Prefered 8 years Healthcare Management
