We have an opening for a Hospital Liaison/Marketer who can answer yes to these questions. Minimum 2 years of Sales/Business Development experience in the health care or home care industry is required. This is an outside sales position that requires daily face-to-face visits with referral sources. The ideal candidate for the Hospital Liaison/Marketer position MUST have a proven track record of generating new business within the healthcare industry and has established relationships that can start generating new business immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and grow referral relationships with physicians, hospital discharge planners, skilled nursing facilities, case managers, assisted living communities, and other healthcare professionals. Promote agency services to healthcare providers and the community through in-person visits, presentations, and outreach efforts. Meet and exceed monthly referral and admission goals. Collaborate with the clinical and intake teams to ensure a smooth referral and admission process. Attend networking events, community outreach programs, and marketing functions to increase brand awareness. Track referral sources, follow-up activity, and outcomes using reporting tools.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a marketer or business development representative in the home health, hospice, or healthcare industry.

MUST

have existing referral relationships within the local healthcare community. Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid and commercial insurance referral processes. Strong communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license. Bachelor's degree in healthcare, marketing, business, or related field preferred.
