Hospital Liaison

Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for external healthcare providers referring patients to our nursing home Build and maintain relationships with physicians, case managers, social workers, and other healthcare professionals Coordinate patient transfers and admissions to our hospital, ensuring a smooth transition of care Educate external stakeholders about our services, specialties, and admission criteria Conduct outreach activities to promote our programs and services to the community Gather and analyze data on referral patterns, patient demographics, and market trends Collaborate with internal departments to address patient needs and concerns

Hospital Liaison

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, marketing, or related field (Master's degree preferred) With experience in Skilled Nursing Facility Previous experience in healthcare marketing, sales, or business development Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Knowledge of healthcare regulations and reimbursement policies Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed
