Responsibilities

• Enforce company policies and procedures as a member of management for all
• Establish and maintain effective professional working relationships with coworkers, all levels of management, contractors, and equipment
• Determine the goals of IT within broad outlines provided by the executive management and contribute to the continuity of computer services by providing necessary technical leadership and project coordination.
• Forecast costs, equipment and personnel needs for projects and programs as required and related to Manage financial aspects of the IT department, including purchasing, budgeting, and budget review. Develop business case justifications and cost/benefit analyses for IT spending and initiatives.
• Compliance with all applicable guidelines, such as state and federal, MIPS/MACRA.

• Work with stakeholders to define business and systems requirements for new technology
• Manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade and support of all IT systems, including telecommunications, servers, PCs, operating systems, hardware, software, peripherals and other

• Establish and maintain regular written and in-person communications with the organization\'s executives, department heads, and end users regarding pertinent IT

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, or equivalent
• Meditech preferred, EMR required
• Minimum of three years\' experience in a healthcare
• Relevant management
• Demonstrated financial management skills of a department
• Competence in oral and written
• Ability to organize and follow through on own
• Knowledge of supplies, equipment and purchasing of IT
