What You'll Do:

Provide expert, compassionate nursing care focused on comfort, dignity, and quality of life. Conduct meaningful, holistic assessments of patients' physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. Develop and deliver personalized care plans alongside a supportive, interdisciplinary team. Be a trusted presence for patients and families, offering education, emotional support, and guidance through the end-of-life process. Monitor and adjust care plans to ensure optimal comfort and peace for every patient. Collaborate with physicians, social workers, chaplains, aides, and volunteers to provide seamless, wraparound care. Maintain accurate, timely documentation to support excellent care delivery.

Who You Are:

A Registered Nurse (RN) with an active license in good standing. Experienced in Hospice Care Passionate about hospice or end-of-life care (prior hospice experience is a plus--but heart and compassion matter most). Skilled in clinical care, communication, and collaboration. Calm, empathetic, and respectful--even in challenging situations. Able to work independently, yet thrive within a team-centered approach.
