Requirements:

Current Oregon Licensed Practical Nurse license BLS Certification Licensed driver with an insured, reliable vehicle

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor patient health and report changes to the RN or physician Assist with patient assessments and care planning Educate patients and families on health care needs and treatments Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Ensure compliance with all health regulations and standards Maintain a clean and orderly environment for patients Other duties as assigned
