Marketing Liaison

to help expand our presence and impact in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Job Summary:

The Hospice Marketing Liaison will play a supportive role in promoting 1Care Hospice's services and building relationships with healthcare providers, referral sources, and community organizations. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to advance their career in healthcare marketing and sales with a focus on hospice care.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in implementing marketing and outreach strategies to promote hospice services. Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, assisted living facilities, and other referral sources. Support community education efforts to increase awareness of hospice care, eligibility criteria, and benefits. Actively participate in community events, health fairs, and networking opportunities to represent 1Care Hospice. Provide timely and effective communication with referral sources and potential patients. Maintain confidentiality and respect patient privacy in all communications and activities. Track and report outreach activities and outcomes to the leadership team.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred. In lieu of a degree, three or more years of relevant sales experience with exposure to community relations will be considered.

Experience:

At least one year of community relations, community education, or healthcare sales experience preferred (e.g., hospice, home health, DME, infusion, or pharmacy sales). Previous sales experience in hospice is highly desired.

Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred. Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse audiences.

Other Requirements:

Current Nevada driver's license and automobile liability insurance (this is a field position). Ability to pass a federal and state background check under NRS 449.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
