Territory: North Salt Lake County and Utah County


Schedule: M-F 8-5

POSITION SUMMARY:

Primary function is to provide spiritual care to patients/caregivers of all age groups and perform spiritual assessments, provide spiritual/pastoral support, and make referrals to meet the needs of the patient/family.

QUALIFICATIONS:

In good standing with denomination or religious affiliation College degree preferred; Master of Divinity preferred Experience in a spiritual or religious organization. One (1) year experience as a Chaplain in a health care institution preferred. Working knowledge of community spiritual resources. Good interpersonal skills. Reliable transportation. Valid driver's license auto liability insurance.
