We are seeking a

full-time hospice RN

who would like to join our hospice team!

:

M-F, Dayshift (8 am-5 pm, with opportunities to work 8 am-3 pm) As a hospice Case Manager, you will provide patients and families education and support throughout the end-of-life process and address patient's physical, emotional and spiritual needs. You will work closely with the hospice interdisciplinary team to create and implement a holistic plan of care congruent with the patient's and family's wishes, focusing on comfort, support and quality of life. Pay: Starting at $40/hour DOE, with guaranteed minimum of 40 hours paid per week, even if you work less.

We provide 18 days of PTO per year. 8 days are flex (sick or vacation), and 10 days are vacation. Vacation pay is paid out if you don't use it, so you do not have to worry about losing it.
