What You'll Do:

Build Lasting Relationships

: Develop and nurture strong connections with referral sources such as physicians, hospitals, long-term care facilities, and assisted living facilities.

Engage and Educate

: Deliver compelling presentations on our in-service offerings to various referral sources and continuously follow up to address their needs.

Be the Expert

: Educate healthcare professionals and community members on the comprehensive benefits of hospice care services.

Liaise and Coordinate

: Act as the essential link between Red Rock Hospice and referral sources, ensuring that patient needs are met, and expectations are exceeded.

Resolve and Innovate

: Address any concerns or issues faced by referral sources promptly and effectively and provide innovative suggestions to improve our marketing strategies.

Community Ambassador

: Represent Red Rock Hospice at community events to promote a positive image and awareness of our services.

Seamless Transitions

: Work closely with discharge planners to ensure smooth patient transitions from hospitals and nursing facilities to their homes.

What You Bring:

A dynamic personality with excellent communication and presentation skills. A passion for healthcare and a commitment to improving patient care. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple relationships. Experience in a healthcare setting, with a solid understanding of hospice care services. Two years of experience in coordinating business development and providing education to patients, insurance companies, physicians, hospitals, nurses, community resources, other healthcare specialists, and the local community. The ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team and independently.
