Job Overview:

PMC is seeking a skilled

Manual Mill Operator

for setup and machining on manual mills and Bridgeport machines. This role is well-suited for a craftsman with experience in low-volume machining who takes pride in accuracy and workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate manual mills to produce custom components to spec. Use micrometers, dial indicators, and other tools to ensure dimensional accuracy. Machines: Hurco, Makino, Hitachi Interpret complex blueprints and drawings. Maintain equipment and workspace cleanliness. Work collaboratively with engineering and tooling teams.

Qualifications:

Experience operating manual mills or Bridgeport equipment. Strong blueprint reading and basic shop math skills. Familiarity with tight tolerance machining and surface finish control.
