Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled drill operator to join our team. As a drill operator you will operate horizontal directional drilling equipment in accordance with blue prints and designated plans, installing 500 - 1,00 feet of conduit in a typical work day.

Responsibilities:
- Perform horizontal drilling techniques as required
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on drilling machinery
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to OSHA regulations
- Monitor drilling operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate drilling activities
- Maintain accurate records of drilling activities and equipment usage

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in drilling operations (1 year) preferred
- Valid Drivers License
- Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work in physically demanding conditions, including lifting heavy objects and working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

Skills:
- Proficient in building and constructing structures related to drilling operations
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety protocols in the drilling industry
- Experience with horizontal drilling techniques
- Knowledge of heavy equipment operation, maintenance, and repair
- Strong ability to dig holes accurately and efficiently
