Position Overview
The Hookah Maker will be responsible for preparing premium-quality hookahs, and ensuring guests enjoy an exceptional, consistent experience. The ideal candidate is reliable, attentive, and experienced--or eager to learn.
Responsibilities
Prepare, pack, and set up high-quality hookahs with consistent standards Monitor smoke quality throughout guest sessions Offer flavor suggestions and ensure excellent guest interaction Maintain and clean hookah equipment, hoses, and prep area Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines Assist the team with general lounge/restaurant support as needed
Requirements
Previous hookah-making experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work nights, weekends, and busy dinner service hours Must be reliable, organized, and team-oriented Age 21+
