Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests in a fast-paced environment. Your primary responsibility will be to provide excellent service, ensuring that all guests feel welcomed and valued while enjoying their meals. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with kitchen staff and fellow team members.

Duties

Preparing and Serving Hookahs:

Assembling hookahs, preparing flavored tobacco bowls, and ensuring proper charcoal management. Take food and drink orders accurately.

Customer Service:

Greeting customers, taking orders for hookahs, food, and drinks, and providing recommendations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and sanitizing surfaces. Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to maintain a safe dining environment.

Skills

Knowledge of Hookah Preparation:

Familiarity with different flavors, bowl types, and charcoal techniques.

Customer Service Skills:

Ability to provide friendly and efficient service, address customer inquiries, and resolve issues.

Communication Skills:

Ability to clearly communicate with customers and staff, and take accurate orders.

Organization and Attention to Detail:

Ensuring cleanliness, proper preparation, and accurate order fulfillment.

Teamwork:

Collaborating with other staff members to ensure smooth service.
