As a valued and successful Homeowner Representative, you will be required to:

• Meet service quality standards that affect guest satisfaction; respond to guest questions or problems in a timely, professional manner
• Meet the hotel standards for work procedures, dress, grooming, attendance, and punctuality
• Accept opportunities to learn new skills, improve performance or cross-train for other hotel positions
• Be alert to hazards and responsible for carrying out the hotel\xe2\x80\x99s safety, security, and emergency procedures
• Visually inspect vacant units for maintenance and cleanliness quality; perform inventory inspections
• Inspect units to ensure they meet standards of cleanliness and product quality
• Maintain work areas clean and organized
• Perform an inventory of amenities and case goods
• Report all unsafe conditions immediately
• Communicate exceptions to Housekeeping, Engineering, and ownership
• Communicate to Housekeeping units to be deep cleaned or other projects
• Follow through on complaints and requests regarding service in the condo units
• Attend all required meetings
