Weekly Pay - Flexible Schedule

We are looking for honest, reliable and compassionate people to join our team as a Homemaker/Companion at our non-medical home care agency. You'll provide essential support and companionship to our clients, enabling them to live comfortably and independently in their own homes. You will spend your days providing joy, conversation, friendship and a clean home to seniors and other adults in need of some extra help. This is a great opportunity for working parents, college students and anyone looking to supplement their income. Responsibilities:

Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities Shopping, running errands Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean environment Provide transportation and accompany clients on outings Communicate effectively with clients, families, and office staff

HOMEMAKER:

Duties for homemakers could include Vacuuming/Sweep Floors, Dusting, Wet mop Floors, Care of Bathroom, Making Beds, Changing Linens, Clean Kitchen, Wash Dishes, Meal Planning & Preparation and Empty Trash. Clean Refrigerator, Laundry, Grocery Shopping

COMPANION

: Duties for companions could include supervision/Monitor of Activities. Assist with Phone calls/ communication, Read and Socialization. Escort to Recreational Activity, accompany to Appt. (Medical, Business), Accompany to Walk.

High school diploma or equivalent Compassionate, patient, and reliable Strong communication skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

No formal training is required -

We are glad to offer folks with the desire to learn and help elders a chance to break into the healthcare field. Relevant past jobs that would have offered you experience that is helpful to being a good caregiver include, but are not limited to, working in the restaurant or retail industry, teaching or nannying, housekeeping or maid services, ride share or taxi driving, social work and work with behaviorally challenged individuals.
