Do you want to make a difference? Arkridge HomeCare is looking for a Branch Manager, who is confident, self-motivated, and who wants to make a difference in the lives of those we serve. Branch Manager will work in office location, in Chattanooga, TN.

Branch Manager Responsibilities

? Business growth and development
? Employee Recruitment and Retention
? Supervising
? Scheduling/Staffing
? Ensuring quality and compliance with ArKridge, Regional, State and Federal employment guidelines, policies and procedures.
? Insurance portal management

Specific Requirements

? Self-Motivated to build and grow your branch.
? Proven experience in HomeCare or marketing.
? Excellent problem-solving skills necessary to handle client and employee issues
? The ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel, both internally and externally
? 1+ years of hands-on supervisory experience
? Demonstrated skills in the areas of organization, attention to detail, problem solving, customer service, adaptability, and communication.
? Ability to travel frequently within designated region or other locations as required
