C&A Technologies is rapidly expanding, and we are hiring

Home Tech Installers

to perform residential technology installations. This is a

1099 subcontractor position

with flexible scheduling and

production-based pay

. If you enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and working independently, this role offers strong earning potential based on your availability and performance.

Job Responsibilities

Install and set up a variety of consumer home technology equipment. If it can be purchased at Best Buy, we likely install it. Duties include:

Mounting TVs and speakers Installing home theater and surround sound systems Setting up smart home devices (thermostats, doorbells, cameras, etc.) Configuring TVs, audio equipment, computers, and home networking Troubleshooting equipment to ensure proper functionality and customer satisfaction

Team Requirement:

Most jobs require two installers. You must have your own helper or be willing to be paired with another technician and split the job pay.

Vehicle Requirement:

Some projects require transporting equipment using a trailer. You must have a vehicle with a hitch that can tow a trailer. A trailer will be provided when needed.

Compensation & Schedule

1099 subcontractor role

Production-based pay

$500.00 to $2,000.00+ per week

Paid every Wednesday for the previous week's completed work

Full-time or part-time work available Flexible scheduling and independent work environment

Qualifications

Experience installing or setting up home technology or low-voltage equipment preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Professional appearance and communication skills Ability to lift, mount, and perform physical installation tasks Reliable transportation and consistent communication Flexibility to travel to various job locations and work varied hours

Requirements

Vehicle with trailer hitch and ability to tow a trailer (required)

Must have your own helper or be willing to be paired with another helper and split job pay Truck, SUV, or van with a trailer hitch required Valid driver's license Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Common hand tools Tools for small sheetrock cuts Small ladder or step stool
