Learn and adopt Stand Strong Fencing structured sales process and complete required training, present and sell the features and benefits of Stand Strong Fence products, continually prospect for new customers through networking, referrals, and effective follow-up and set and maintain the required number of appointments to meet/exceed sales goals.
Incentive based compensation, determined by the success of the individual Sales Consultant.? Average compensation is $60k to $100k+ per year.? Wrapped vehicle provided, monthly mileage reimbursement, quarterly and annual bonus provided.
You will have a wrapped vehicle and work from home. Most days you will be on-site at residential homes meeting homeowners, giving the presentation and working on quote options. When you leave an appointment, you should be knocking on doors (15-20) in the neighborhood that you are in and also working your referral network for leads.
Duties
Must be a good communicator and not be afraid of cold calling, dealing with objections, and asking for the business.
This role is purely commission based- there will be a draw for the first 2 months to get you going.
The harder you work and focus, the more money you will make. You will have a lot of autonomy in this role and should be getting 3-5 meetings a week from paid leads. Leveraging your network, building referral partnerships and cold calling will result in organic leads that should result in a lot of sales.
Average reps make $70,000-$80,000 and the elite reps bring on over $100,000
Confirm and qualify booked appointments, generate organic leads, provide consultative customer appointments, generate accurate estimates, professionally and comprehensively present proposal to property owner/representative.
Develop expertise in product knowledge, technical knowledge, industry, and process knowledge in relevant product areas.
Perform organic lead generation strategies and activities.
Maintain a thorough understanding of marketplace, competitors, and industry trends in order to identify new business and marketing opportunities.
Develop product reference documents and product materials for customers.
Organizing, Planning, and Prioritizing sales calls and appointments.
Create and maintain a product marketing plan for increasing sales and revenue.
Work with install team leaders to understand, explain and analyze client requirements.
Address potential client queries in a timely and professional manner.
Perform basic record keeping and data entry to ensure proper tracking of sales and client needs/inquiries.
Interacts with clients and co-workers in a pleasant and professional manner.
Experience
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Experiece in home service sales is preferred
Exceedingly positive attitude
Must have a valid driver's license
Home service sales experience is a plus.
Skilled in verbal and written communications
Polished and professional in demeanor and possess a strong work ethic.
Basic computer skills and proficiency with the internet
