Gundersen Palmer Lutheran Hospital and Clinics (Emplify Health, West Union, IA) is seeking a full-time Patient Access Specialist to join our highly committed and dynamic Home Medical Equipment team at our West Union, Iowa location.

What You'll Do:

As a Patient Access Specialist, you will play a direct role in providing LOVE + MEDICINE for a broad range of patients. You will be expected to perform in a fast-paced and professional environment, while helping deliver great customer service to those seeking Home Medical Equipment needs.

What's Available:

Full-time, 40 hours biweekly (1.0 FTE) Starting pay of $18.63/hr and up, based on your years of experience. Generous benefit package.

What You'll Need:

High School diploma or equivalency. 1-year experience in a fast-paced office setting requiring customer service responsibilities. Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not required.
